
Border Formalities and Entry Regulations
Border formalities are minimal and correspond to European standards. To cross the border, a valid passport will suffice. Citizens of the European Union and some other countries may cross the border using a valid identity card however. All those who need visas to enter Slovenia can get them at the Slovenian embassy or consulate in their country. Slovenian and foreign citizens crossing the Slovenian borders may take or bring with them no more than approximately EUR 2.100 per person.

Please note: An EU-Visa is recommended for Conference participants to enable good mobility in the region. It is mandatory for the trip to Venice.
In case you need a Letter of guarantee to get a visa contact marijana.pregarac@fm-kp.si, the conference secretary, as soon as possible. Please note that no Letter of guarantee will be sent until we receive the fee payment. Letters of Guarantee will be issued only to participants who present papers at the conference.
