
FHE Name Badge Policy Statement:
FHE Name Badge is provided to help your fellow participants as well as for identifying you as a registered delegate of FHE to conference hotel/restaurant personnel and staff. Each registration package contains an official FHE Name Badge. Please wear your FHE Name Badge in all FHE functions/events.
All FHE business meeting, regular and keynote sessions/Panels, coffee breaks, luncheons, and dinners are limited to registered delegates only, and FHE Name Badges will be required to enter.
Submission policy
FHE policy requires one unique author to be registered for each paper accepted for presentation and publication. If you are an author or co-author on more then one accepted paper, each paper must have one unique author registration to be accepted for conference presentation and publication. If multiple, same-single-author papers are submitted and accepted, only one will be scheduled for conference presentation and publication.
Cancellation
25% of the paid amount will be held in case of cancellation received until October 20, 2007. 50% of the paid amount will be held in case of cancellation received until November 10, 2007. Cancellations received after November 10, will be charged the full rate.
All refunds will be made when the Conference ends.
Withdrawal from publication
The deadline for withdrawal of papers from publication is October 1, 2007. Withdrawals after that date will not be possible, papers will be published and the registration fee will be held in full rate. |
